Silence is Golden

When your environment begins to dissolve like salt on snow, relax. Your outer world is receiving instruction from the inner world. It says " it is time to return to center" Your noise has drowned out the inner speaking from Source and you have drifted away from the core of your being. Silence is the only way to return. When things begin to crumble around you and life's "perks" begin to vanish, rejoice in the fact that who you really are is asking you to return to center. Quietly, stop what ever it is you are "doing" and relax and dissolve into the abyss of Presence. Just be. Nothing else. Your peace will return, as well as your clarity. Oneness and being silence is where stillness reigns supreme. The only gold worth acquiring is Silence. Namaste!

The Mind Of A JEDI

The most powerful weapon a Jedi has is His /Her MIND. The mind is an amazing living organism within your head. If uncontrolled, the mind can destroy you at different levels and speeds. It is all dependant on whether or not you are resisting the mind and engaging it as if it required an offense or defense. The mind talks incessantly but these are mere suggestions. You must first believe what the mind is speaking before it can arrest you and bind you up into a painful knot. However the mind has no power unless you allow it to speak to you as if it is separate from you. The mind of a Jedi is silent and awaits instruction. The Jedi's mind is calm and radiant like our Sun. The more focused you are on your breath the more radiant the mind becomes. A Jedi can feel the radiance of the mind lifting up and out of the top of His/Her head. This is truth I speak here, from personal experience. Nearly a constant sensation the top of my head is electric and heat so tangible escaping up and out. When I AM focusing on someone with all of my mind I can read thoughts, send energy, even heal others. To heal another in my experience thus far requires actual contact with the person in need. The mind when not wondering is a beauty beyond words. Usually I will blaze a smile across my face as if the Sun has just risen. A Jedi knows what they feel at all times, and where these feelings are being generated from. A Jedi's focus is Love at their very core. The reason being that an unwatched mind can cause another sentient being severe harm, and even result in their death. A Jedi must remain vigilant at all times in regards to their deeds and words. Life and death are in the mind of, and on the tongue, of a Jedi. A Jedi knows this and is focused continually on compassion towards others as this can alter vibrational frequencies in a room. A Jedi has complete control over their own vibrational frequency. A Jedi can raise their frequency simply by chanting a reverent verse in their native tongue or another language they have studied and become filled with the Force emanating from the Source and eliminate pain in themselves and others. A Jedi can give others energy who are low on their own personal life energy. A Jedi will do this freely and sometimes without the person realizing it, as this act only returns the energy 7 fold to a Jedi. A Jedi's mind is always ready to assist another sentient being in any matter which is most urgent in that present moment. A Jedi is willing to lay down His/Her life at any moment for the common welfare of all present and unsuspecting beneficiaries. A Jedi is filled with compassion and so has a mind as radiant as our Sun sending Love forth in ALL directions. A Jedi can develop the mind into a Radiant Sun by practicing on others. Those who are more aggressive towards a Jedi tend to release a larger Force charge toward a Jedi who has stabilized and can receive such aggression and channel it into a more positive vibration and harness it, thus making the Jedi more powerful. The result is always a more powerful Jedi standing in the face of a weakened attacker. Anger and aggression ironically rob the attacker of vital life Force energy and surrender it completely to a Jedi who is focused in that present moment completely on Love/compassion. A Jedi does not harm another or their attacker as this will only weaken a Jedi's power and the Radiance of their mind will dwindle immediately. A Jedi is confident and sure of who He/She is and of what they are engaging in at all times. A Jedi is not restless or anxious. A Jedi's radiance is so powerful that others will be drawn to them. If a person has a strong Force presence already and awareness within themselves, they will be drawn to a Jedi magnetically. This quality is easily identifiable to a Jedi. However, Jedi respond to a question others may have but will not offer such interpretations of another's Force potential as this can be misconstrued as evangelizing or preaching. A Jedi shares when engaged and asked regarding their behavior without fear or reluctance. There are times when a Jedi will remain silent when questioned and that's because these are times when the person asking a question is not present but a Sith attachment is possessing their mouths and speaking for them. Most of the time, a person this happens to believes it is them speaking. A Jedi knows better. A Jedi knows when Sith are present and trying to attack in stealth. A Sith is always near by when anger is present in the air or in a person. A Jedi practices acts of compassion daily on others suspecting and unsuspecting as these acts are always in the interest and benefit of all sentient beings near and distant. These characteristics are at times self evident and at times not. What has been listed here has only been done so because they have been experienced and carried out with extreme care. I speak from personal experience of these things and share freely with you so that you can progress as a Jedi. A Jedi must train the mind daily. Focus on the qualities of our Sun and how it nurtures things here on Earth. Control your mind and channel its energy into going "Super Nova". I am a Jedi Knight

There is NO doctrine, there is only the Force. This is all there is to being a Jedi. Our faith consists of vows that are taken personally before no one and anyone. A Jedi is a Jedi in truth and in spirit. A Jedi is in harmony with his/her environment. A Jedi is the original follower of Christ teachings in the sense that they are truly followers of " The Way", which early disciples of the Christ were known as. A Jedi can study all faiths and find the "harmonic" hidden within the endless pages of doctrine. A Jedi is NOT dogmatic and controlling person, but gentile and a constant companion and great ally in times of need regardless of the intensity. A Jedi knows of fear but deals with it rather than RUN from it. A Jedi is the Yin /Yang in constant flux and never rigid or "stiff necked". Jedi are peaceful and compassionate people. A Jedi will not support egoic principles or activities, neither judge anyone who does but simply observes the imbalance and seeks a non aggressive solution to restore the balance. A Jedi will always support a person in need when a Jedi is available and equipped to do so.A Jedi can easily be identified. A Jedi seeks the peaceful path in any situation, including one that involves Him/Her directly. Sometimes, within the present moment you will experience a "blow back" from past actions. Whether good or bad, they must be faced and addressed with a mind like water. Be still and breathe. There are 4 basic vows of a Jedi, known as the Jedi Code. The first is...There is NO emotion, there is peace. The second is...There is NO passion, there is serenity. the Third is ... There is NO ignorance, there is knowledge. The fourth is.. There is NO chaos, there is Harmony. Now there are some additions that other Jedi have included. One being There is NO death, there is the Force. Then also you have, ..There is NO ego,there is destiny. This last one involves understanding the path of NO resistance and allowing your self to be lead by the Force at all "times" via sycnhronistic events. I felt there was a need to write some additional basic information regarding the Force and the Jedi that move by the guidance of the Force. A Jedi knows that there call is to a higher purpose. One of servitude. In doing so is the greatest of rewards. Knowledge and wisdom that is ancient and sound. It frees the Jedi soul to become the ultimate weapon against the Sith and the Dark side. These are Force blockers in the constant stream of light emanating from the SOURCE of the Force. That is the main difference between Jedi and Sith. The Sith, (ego driven individuals) believe to be in control of the Force, but this is a grave mistake as a creation of light can never be THE Source, only a part of it. A Jedi also knows that, there power flows from the Force yet it is monitored by the Source. The moment a Jedi steps out of alignment with the light side of the Force, the Jedi will experience attacks that will render him/her weak and greatly susceptible to the dark side. A Jedi is vigilant and alert. Always awaiting guidance from the Force patiently. A Jedi must always be focused on the Present moment in order to stay connected to the Force and remain at peace. When an individual acts out of anger, the individual will experience pain and discomfort that intensifies in ways that are beyond the imaginings of a human. It happens so fast, and before you know what has happened you are enraged and filled with a different light. This light is darker than space itself and must be avoided at all cost by a Jedi. The picture displayed is to show what Jedi may wear when in service but are not bound by such attire. Always lead by the Force a Jedi must do what they feel is right in accordance with the Force. This is self evident and can be checked against other mindful teachings by Jedi Masters Eckhart Tolle and Dr. Wayne Dyer. This is enough for NOW. Train hard Jedi, the dark side will not wait for you to become masterful at mindfulness but will attack you daily in ways you can not even begin to imagine. Just know that the Force is with you ALWAYS! Namaste!

Return Of The Jedi

What does it mean to be Jedi? It means you are the evidence of the force and the source of it, and most importantly are filled with the Force at all "times". We "are made in the image and likeness of the Force". (GOD) A Jedi is a follower of " The Way". The original name of Christianity when the Jedi once walked the earth allowing the Force to move freely in this world. (The Matrix). Jesus is an Ascended Master. (Jedi) A servant of the Force and ambassador of the WILL of the Force. Jesus said " know that if you see me you have seen the Father". (The Source) When a sentient being (human) seeks to do HIS OWN WILL that sentient being is submitting to the dark side of the Force. (imperfect state) To do anything other than the will of the Source of the Force is suicide and fool hardy. There are many things that can be revealed to a Jedi, providing that a Jedi Knight submits to the will of the Source of the Force that permeates all of existence. The Source has via the Force given much in the way of true knowledge via all religions before there entrapment into rigid tradition and customs which placed the participant back into bondage and submission to the Dark side. (Sith) I am a Jedi Knight and the promotion to Jedi Master comes from the SOURCE of the Force directly to the Jedi Knight. Promotion never originates from a decision made by a sentient being. The evidence is undeniable and evident to all other Jedi, as well as the Jedi Council." Wise is he(/she) (Jedi) who takes to council" This a true teaching and an actual Order that has returned at this appointed place in "time" in direct relation to the Galactic alignment occurring even NOW as this truth is being revealed. Search yourselves deeply and breath three times and you will know that what I have written here is truth. I am authorized to teach freely the "Gospel" unto ALL sentient beings and instruct in the ways of the Force and in complete accord with the Source of the Force. All wishing to return to the truest state of your being,which IS Jedi! seek me and you will be in communication with me via the unstoppable power of the Force via the "synchronized" events that will join our paths together in the appointed time according to the will of the SOURCE of the Force which is the "The Light of ALL MEN". Mind Like Water

Namaste! May the Force reveal itself in this teaching. As you read, be mindful of the Force as it permeates all things conscious and unconscious. I have been blessed to see and be a witness to the power of the Force in many diverse life situations. Moment to moment we are surrendering the ego to the will of the Force. This can only occur when the mind is like water. The state of this water must be without ripples. You may believe this is impossible, however I can assure you that it is not. All things are possible with the Force. Ego will name the Force and so limit the amount of Force presence within your earthly vessel. Jesus performed His first miracle by "turning water to wine". Jesus "turned" the water into wine as a symbol of turning your life FORCE essence within your earthly vessels and transforming it into something that can be taken in and bring joy into life and create an atmosphere of celebration in the present moment. These earthly vessels are containers of the Force at all times. Ego attempts to add to this essence by believing that there is "something" lacking in the present moment. All that is required in the "present" moment of "NOW" is complete submission to the Force. In this state the"Ego" can not survive. The ego needs "time" parameter's to exist, e.g. "a past" we "can't seem to let go of" and " a future we can't stop worrying about". Behind you is the past and before you lays the future. When you divert your attention away from the present, you have altered your consciousness and have diminished your connection to the force and so you become weakened and fractured. You are not a whole person because your "thoughts" have abandoned the present and have gone off in search of "something" that is believed to have been lost or missed in the past or you become fearful of all the possible paths that are before you and you become overwhelmed. All the while the truth is always with you and present here and now. In the now the truth can always be viewed and felt and experienced. In the NOW you are whole lacking nothing. To give into the "belief" that you are in "need" of something is to turn to the dark side of the Force. Unconsciousness. You begin to fall back to sleep and so the nightmares return. Fear is the enemy. Fear is not WHO you ARE! You must realize the truth of your being,you ARawareness disguised as a person. You are here now to fulfill the will of the Force where ego can not exist. Your "peace that surpasses all understanding" is here and NOW. Embrace what IS, and NOT what WAS or MAY be. Accept what IS NOW and exit the matrix the dark side has prepared for you. The traps are in the PAST and await you as an ambush in the FUTURE. You must realize that NOW is all there is. The body is the branch which extends from the vine/mind. The mind sends the message to the body to produce fruit on it's branches. If your mind is turbulent then the messages will be unclear and the underlying structure is unstable producing harmful fruit. This fruit when complete will destroy the body and the vine and any and ALL who partake in it. Contained in this fruit is the underlying fear used to create it. Fear is a virus that spreads quickly in an unconscious being. Be mindful of the Force and you will calm the turbulent mind and produce fruit that bear compassion and all the virtuous elements that come from unconditional LOVE which underlies and permeates all of existence. Eat of this fruit and you will awaken to the truth of your purpose. This IS your true nature. Anything that suggests otherwise is the dark side of the Force and attempting to arrest your progress towards full awakening. You must realize that in the eternal moment of NOW you ARE FREE. BE present when digesting this"fruit" and enjoy a mind like water. Your body displays actions like the waves of a turbulent sea,which reveal the state of the mind. Calm the mind and you will control the body. You can not do this alone but must reconnect to the source in the present moment via the focus and concentration fully into the NOW and you will realize that there is no emotion only PEACE. The Ego Strikes Back

Much has transpired since my last confession. I have experienced much. I am learning the ways of "The Force". I am understanding my role in the grand play of humanity.When I write here "I", I am saying that "Jason" has done these things. Clearly I am that which underlies the entirety of my body. The "Vehicle" which maneuvers through this "Earth" matrix. "Jason" is allowed to interact with this matrix via the body. That which animates the body is beyond the ability of "Human" language to convey. Simply put, I am the eternal underneath the program"Jason" This program has been written to perform a function within this matrix. Our purpose is to allow the vessel to do what it is here to do. Don't identify with it as it is not who truly are. You are that which is in observation of the program. God watching over God's creation. Always and in all ways. For the sake of writing here without creating confusion, I will say "I" when speaking of the event that have "happened" involving this particular vessel/vehicle known as Jason. There are other Jason's in this matrix and to avoid confusion with them there is a unique fingerprint given upon the entry into the matrix. This fingerprint has been revealed to "me" as the key factor and "proof" that we all have come to this matrix to perform a specific task. For some the task is a simple role as being an aborted child so to bring awareness to this practice and have us become mindful of its use and determine it's level of efficiency within this matrix on a scale viewed through eyes of compassion. Peace within the matrix can not come about by "force", it must be achieved by understanding.In order to achieve thisWE" as a collective species must "BE" the "positive" change we are seeking in the world and others. Blowing up abortion clinics is madness and achieves nothing more ironically than encourage the abortions to continue. Innocent beings taken out prematurely on both ends of the action. Meditate on this and you will see this to be true. I slapped my daughter once and told her not to hit her sister. That hitting was "wrong". I no longer subscribe to this madness. Imagine in her mind the conflicting words against the action. What confusion I had created! This is on an individual basis. Imagine on a global scale. The "shadow self " is always tirelessly seeking to "posses" the human vessel in order to bring about disorder. We are a iolent species evolving to a peaceful species. This is occurring patiently and lovingly one kind act at a "time". Moment to moment we must persevere toward the worthy goal of eternal and timeless peace NOW! There is only NOW. Life can only "happen" in the NOW. "I" have entered time and time again into the present to readjust and align with the Divine prime directive and engaged my fundamental program. Which simply put is to love one another! We must BE proactive in this respect. Listen closely as I am about to tell you a powerful fact. Love has no opposite nor equal. Nothing compares dualistic ally to LOVE. Nothing. God is LOVE. You are made in the "image " of the creator. You are the recipient of The Eternal Source's affection. You are the experience of that which God knows conceptually. Time does not exist in the true sense of the word. Time has been invented to allow for systematic function within this matrix. We are always continually showing that LOVE rules....ALWAYS and Eternally! To take steps outside of the present moment known as the NOW is to step out of reality into the "illusion". Life can only happen "NOW". The power of NOW is free and available to all. You may access it at any time. However, when you do this you are going to experience resistance from the "EGO'" It will strike back and fight for the control of your mind to produce all the things that are destroying mankind NOW. You can not free the world until you have freedom yourself first. Free your mind from the control of the most powerful adversary you will ever face in this "Life". " If God is for you , than who can stand against you?" If you are the fragmented molecule of GOD the Eternal Flame, than you are God moving amongst the people who are unconscious of who they truly are. Free yourself NOW. The eternal source is never blocked or cut off from you. Ego tells a different tale. You must do this or that and so on and so forth. It is the "carrot dangling in front of the horse". You will never experience true and lasting peace by negotiating with the ego. Ego by nature of it's programing and prime directive is to survive at all cost. It fears deletion and so runs throughout your mind wreaking havoc in many ways. In the "end", ego loses. Why do I say this? You will become aware of the present and step into it as "Superman" does in the films. The phone booth represent communication which broken down further is communion with .........The Eternal Flame", The Source" You will upon entrance be transformed by the renewal of mind and emerge Supermen", "Superwoman". Hopefully this is enough for NOW, for you to see the truth you must step into it NOW! Do not waste anymore "time" being an unconscious slave. Become that which you were created to be. The Eternal Manifestation of the Source right here and NOW! As you read this know that you are speaking with yourself and have NOW been handed the key to your prison gate. Unlock it Now! Remember another powerful fact, there are NO accidents. All is as it should be and synchronistic. God is and always shall be in control of Gods universe. Return to the source. That is your mission. How do I do this? "Pick up the phone"and use the hard line god gave you. Here is a hint.....it's right under your nose. Bring ALL of your attention and focus to the "BREATH" and stay there until communication is established. This is something that has been lied about for centuries by those under the spell of the ego. Access requires not time. Time is you perceive it does not exist to that which is eternal. When you take a deep breath and repeat and repeat until there is only the breath.You will become aware of the body in a way that you have never experienced before. Go NOW and do this moment to moment without ceasing. Remain focused on the breath at all times and your "life" experience will begin to unfold like an action novel, via the coincidental events that once appeared random Now are leading you back home synchronistically. Be Whole Now ! NAMASTE!

The Beauty Of Anger

Alone with my youngest daughter,"Jayden" on the front porch of my home. She and I were engaged in silent mindful gardening. A peaceful setting. She and I together watered the plants that we have out surrounding our front porch area. Jayden will always ask me if she can help me with whatever I am doing. I do my best to allow for this time to be together, so as to use these precious moments to instill calm and quite focused movements. We had a plant go from a 4" by 6" in size to 2 feet by 2 feet in size, and overgrowing the second pot it was placed in. So, what a perfect opportunity, to practice mindfulness while attending to the needs of nature surrounding are home.
All was flowing in a ZEN like manner. She and I were consciously Breathing together. I was instructing Jayden as she watered the plants in the ways that one can be still and mindful of their actions. After we completed one of two new plants that would eventually be suspended on a fancy metal cross bar. I walked one over to the bar to load the first planter on. As soon as I turned around to go back to the porch, Jayden was asking a question, grabbing the other potted plant, ready and eagerly anticipating the prepping of this planter,some how, the other planter we had been working on had fallen over. After all the preparation that went in to this one plant, my "Shadow Self " aka: "The Ego" was so enraged that I said very firmly, almost instantly, without even a thought ..."Savannah!..Jayden!...." I stopped as soon as I had said it, realizing how fast the ego had taken over, the anger surged within so fast like some drug had just been injected into my veins. I was so angry that, I called out my oldest daughters name, instead of Jaydens. Savannah wasn't even home. She was in school. This is how delusional Anger can make you. That was how intense the emotion of anger struck me. Jayden froze with such a look of fear and dread. I knew this emotion had to be checked immediately, without delay. I plopped down into a chair behind me and she upon my last glimpse of her face, was frozen in time. Her beautiful face now with a tortured look caused by my tonality and body language spoke volumes to her Little mind. That face she made appeared to be frozen in what seemed like an eternity to me as I slowly walked backwards towards the chair behind me and plopped down in it. I covered my eyes as if I were going to cry. I took several deep breaths and focused intensely on them. As I began to breath deeply, something that has never in my life happened before, occurred , that was mind altering. I "saw" with my eyes covered in the darkness behind my eye lids, what can only be described as, jolts of electricity zapping at an internal mind screen, complete with sound and all. I began to focus deeper on the breath, in defense of and to connect to the stillness that lies deep within. The deeper I went the mind went into a frenzy of heart palpitations, with pounding and exaggerated speeds, as If I were under some assault. I continued to breath deeply to get some sort of grip on my mind running rampant like some caged animal. The mind could not get me to react and lash out so it turned on me. It began the "blame game", as if to lecture me. Once this realization from a deeper place came through, I was renewed with an intensity of focus. I became more focused than ever before, breathing with such mindfulness that I slipped "out of body" and into a "cathedral" size expansive space and a soft cooling blue shade all around and I felt as if I were traveling upwards, all in a matter of Nano seconds. This place was immense in a way that makes it difficult to describe. Jayden was reaching for the door and the sound of this I believe brought me back to my body instantaneously. I returned back to a stillness we had been feeling earlier.I opened my eyes and I said to her "Jayden wait!" What daddy"? Perhaps shocked that I didn't lash out and strike her in anger. In a playful tone I said "This plant needs are help". Happily and very surprised, she obliged. I was content with the results of being present and amazed at the same time at what had just took place. I had an epiphany. Anger requires energy to exist. If you confront your anger and acknowledge it, you can combat it by remaining present and channeling the energy back into the body in the present moment sending greater energy into your being. The effect can result in an out of body experience and possibly even more. This was my experience. I was moved beyond words. I will meditate on this event today. There in the presence of Anger, I experienced a beautiful thing, all thanks to Anger. I realized that I was simply breathing and not resisting. This single factor is the key here. Be Well today! The Arrival

So yesterday was very productive on many levels. I learned that "synchronicity" is one of the rules by which we play in this matrix. When you are present and focused on the breath, particular occurances are aligning to the universal flow of natural laws in the favor of those in a non resistant posture. I was speaking with a dear friend of mine the night before and wondered aloud if synchronicity had a place within the infrastructure of an "Ambient Lifestyle", which I mean to say one of continual persistant presence. Just for clarification, "synchronicity"is a phrase believed to be coined by Dr. Carl Jung. This principle says that when one goes silent and present with the thier breath, thier heightened awareness expands outward and intermingles energetically with the universe. When this occurs seeming "random" and "coincidental" events become more and more frequent. The more frequently they occur is a direct indication of maintaining a solid ground ing in the "present". All things become clearer, brighter and more vibrant. Now, back to yesterday morning. I was looking over my personal finances and had decided to adress some issues that required immediate action on my part. To do this I needed to go to a couple of places. One, was to "Publix", which is a supermarket chain here in Orlando Florida. the other place was to "Walmart", which I think everyone knows what this place is by now. Anyway, "Walmart" has a "Suntrust" bank inside, which happens to be my bank. So, I'm out the door and enroute. I am staying centered and focused on my breath. Upon arrival to the shopping center, to my left side periphial view I glance across what looks like a new place under construction there with a banner that reads " Opening October 2008". The actual awning is hard to read because it's behind a tree. I could have sworn it registered in my view as something "YOGA". !!!!!!!!! What?! Really quick,...I have been preparing to go to a Yoga center that is across town about 15 minutes or so away. I wasn't to set on it because my friend Thomas told me that there was a place in Altimonte Springs called "Kundalini Center", which from the email, the pictures were very inviting and seemed to resonate to the intamcy I was needing in a practice space and studio environment. Now , 60 seconds down the street I come across, once clearing the tree blocking my view,.........yes! "Bikram Yoga" and Namaste' Cafe"! Wow! This was a moment of confirmation that the universe was aligning to the presense I was bringing forth in my focused moment to moment traing of the mind. I was floored. I took very deep breaths and began to enhance my stillness and tried to maintain my focus. I called my friend Thomas to share with him this most monumental event in which he specifically would understand immediately and could absolutely relate to on many levels as he is very much in the process of training the mind as well. He and I have these kind of talk often. I welcomed the arrival of our new niegbors with open arms. Right down the street from my home was one of, if not the biggest, communications from the "divine spark" that things are advancing in preferct harmonic vibration for my bodies present incarnated path. I am and forever a believer of "The Power of NOW!". Let this inspire all those who are lost, and seeking truth, this truth you seek is and always has been available NOW! BE Well! Be Whole! NAMASTE!

Dissolving In The NOW

I was given the name "Jason" on July 28th 1974, wedensday night at 10:58pm in a Brooklyn New York's Long Island College Hospital. This was my point of entry. Labeled, tagged prepared for earthly existence by beings who were sleeping yet attempting to awaken to life's purpose for their existence through faith in Jesus. As you can imagine, life was difficult. To be raised to live to the standards of another human being and the interpretation of his actions by beings who were also asleep and not truly awakened, was disruptive, and mentally damaging to the human vessel I am currently occupying. I have always been At odds with my father and family when it came to faith and religion. Out right wars of ragging words and emotions over Christianity and the current and eventual eternal state of my "soul". It has not gotten any easier. My father is now a minister in training and sees the world through the "Bible Filter". The authors of this book insured it would be around for a long time by threatening any who opened its pages with a "hell" and calmed them with a "hope" for an eternal stay with "Jesus" in"heaven". Religion has been, in my view, the single most aggressive force known to mankind in suppression of the truth of existence. So many have died in the name of one "God" or another. However, despite my upbringing, I managed to discover the truth eventually by looking up. Yes, I looked up. One night, long ago, I had a moment of clarity in the present. I became aware of the magnificence and beauty of the night sky. In total awe and humility, I said "There is no way we have figure this existence out". I felt so small in such a vast place as the universe. I thought to myself how funny that humans had the audacity to persuade or tell another what they aught to believe. Sometimes by force, which in itself is an oxymoron. Such violence proves the lack of inner wisdom required to evolve spiritually. The present moment holds all the answers, all the keys to unlock all the doors in this "MATRIX" and all other MATRIX's. Looking to a past example of some persons actions is looking to the past. To do so, is to exit the "present" and "time travel" to a particular space, frozen in time. Either forward or backward, they are traps. The moment you do this, the "Prison Warden" arrives to give you a tour. That "Prison Warden" is your "Shadow-self", aka: The"EGO". So to end suffering, eliminate training in the art of exponential ignorance, letting go, simply disengage your mind by arresting your awareness and engaging the "breath". Dissolve into the present moment and "SEE" for yourself. You can only "Liberate YOU!" No one else can do this for you. You are responsible for your level of awareness. Now dis identify with the "shadow-self". Your life truly begins NOW! Be Well today! Be Whole! NAMASTE!

The Surrender

Since the last entry into this particular space, in the "ether" of the "NET", I have experienced much. Breakthrough after breakthrough, on multiple levels. The rate of speed is a true testament to the "TIMES"we are living in NOW. I have been made aware of an important fact, one that I had heard of before. This one bit of information is of vital importance to Humanity as a whole collective. I say this because it truly is the KEY to freedom. Who's freedom? Yours. All that exists is THIS MOMENT. All else is illusion. This is a fact. It can not be argued away, reasoned with, or denied by any scientific method. Once you come to terms with this truth, you will see that life ONLY happens NOW. Past is a concept in your mind, and one MUST relinquish it, and detach ones self from it. It is a memory. What is a memory, but a mere simple thought. Nothing more. That's all. The future is also a concept in the mind. A mere idea. In short, a thought. An illusion with ENERGY! Remember this, I will tie it in soon. At the start of this entry, to my blog space, it was some moment ago. Now, a FADING memory. Understand? Presently the words you are reading are coming from a DEEP undercurrent of all existence that speaks to you NOW! It can only be NOW! This entry is being created HERE, PRESENTLY, RIGHT NOW! When your eyes meet this page on the "NET" it will be from this very moment the "FUTURE", YET!.....By the "TIME" your eyes read this entry it WILL BE the "PAST" for the author of this piece(I). Do you see the truth yet? There is the you the world sees, the "shadow self". That shadow is casted by your true nature, just as the sun makes contact with an object and the object blocks this light from continuing onward towards the direction it is going. It leaves an absence of the "LIGHT" your true self which is the pure light of "AWARENESS". A state of an impartial knowing. The source of the light. All things in this universe exist because of original light that is always "PRESENT"!!!!! You are pure consciousness,. By the time this light enters this "MATRIX" called "EARTH" we begin to observe obstructions to the path of this light and observe its interaction with other obstructive "FORMS" in the Now, and so we are simply aware of this lights energetic play. We are the "OBSERVER". We ARE the light and that which obstructs it, in route to everywhere, because we are ALL ONE "flowing river" going down the "STREAM" of life together. In truth there is no separation as we define it here on Earth. Eckhart Tolle, author of "The Power Of Now" and other works says that "ENLIGHTENMENT" is NOT a destination but being "PRESENT" here and NOW. Nowhere else. Do you understand what that means for Humanity? You can not purchase it. You do not have to "GO" somewhere to "FIND" it. Eckhart Tolle says that we are ALREADY enlightened! We simply just need to RE-connect to the "SOURCE" of life, which is YOUR intrinsic nature. How is this done? I hear this from people often. Simply redirect your "FOCUS" to your "BREATH". 100% With out any distractions. Your "BREATH" IS the Life. Once your attention has been brought back to "PARADISE", drink from the "FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH" which is the AIR you are taking into your lungs. Surrender to this simple act, from moment to moment, and you will have achieved what others have unfortunately ended their play here on Earth, in search of, what ironically they already possessed. Surrender NOW! Become a part of a massive shift that is already occurring here on Earth, right NOW! Remember, the "Shadow Self" is NOT who you are, niether the body casting it, but that which "ANIMATES" the body is YOU, the "OBSERVER"! Be Well today! Be Whole! NAMASTE!

In Awe Of The Female Energy

After watching the RNC last night, I had a thought regarding the Presidential race to the White House. I witnessed a major shift in ideology in politics. I saw a woman amidst a sea of people, speak from a feminine view point, and what I realized was the glaring obvious. Woman have not had a an equal voice and say in the direction of this country on a global scale. They have not been treated with equality and respect the way the founding fathers of America had envisioned or promised. Now, a woman stood before the world and spoke of her vision for the future and determination to blend her energy into a male dominated arena, and what that would entail. Her speech was moving. A Woman of Compassion and integrity, that would set the standard for generations to come and open the possibility for a world fractured by energetic imbalance. Not just any woman, but, a woman that accurately depicts a generation of transition and awareness. Not "just words", but ACTION! Perhaps this is premature, but, to raise a family of 5 and one with special needs, all the while looking after the special needs of the citizens of her state is in my opinion, Honorable, and an inspirational story of courage under fire, and the tenacity to hold her own amidst a tremendous storm of opposition. I was impressed beyond belief. I was stunned by my own ignorance to the fact that a new era required a total change of view to see a bigger picture. ALL voices and GENDERS must be heard! Her placement on the Republican ticket represents critical evolutionary thinking and amazing balance. It is nothing short of brilliant! To place a woman on a major party ticket IS bold and fair. This decision may bring fresh ideas and hope to a fractured Washington. I am stunned by what I witnessed last night and equally humbled by my own surprising prejudice. Governor Palin will undoubtedly go into the history books as a world figure of heroic proportion and reach mythological heights. I respect her and all woman of integrity and compassion and sheer determination in the face of overwhelming odds in a male dominated planet. The world needs a compassionate heart NOW more than ever and this move by the RNC shows tremendous courage. Their is hope for tomorrow, and the future we all have envisioned is faster approaching and now possible. My sincere congratulations to Governor Palin and my most humblest apologies for ever thinking anything less of a female candidate. I wish her a blessed journey! These are my thoughts this morning. NOW Is All There Ever Is

I read somewhere that "to speak of mastery, one does not have to be a master". Or, how about this one..." fake it, 'till you make it". I recently came across this suggestion, "see your self there until you get there". I have heard time and time again that the master you seek is, has, and always will be within. This image should make one desire to open the door to your mind, not go to India in search of a "Guru". Walk in to your minds internal space and simply observe this child like atmosphere running wild. When you are ready, your 'inner voice" which can only be heard clearly when you quite the room in your mind down, will speak to you and say "here I am". You may be called to a mirror which will show you the master that always was, is, and ever will be......YOU. You are the master! When you are ready, the real YOU WILL appear. I say this not because I have achieved such a goal but because I have had glimpses into this eternal moment. However briefly visited, one can hope to return to this place of sublime silence and awaken to the truth of who we really are. We are ONE and the same! The past is gone and but a mere thought. The future has not occurred "yet" therefore again, another thought. Then what is truly left? The PRESENT moment of NOW! This gift holds the promise of your greatest reward. All your efforts repaid NOW in the NOW. Talk about a great compensation plan! I am aware of something better than what I have been "taught" to believe. The Buddha said that "a thing is not true unless you have observed it to be true for yourself". Seek the truth for yourself. Pear into the present moment and see for your self what awaits. I have experienced many things in my life, but I sense that what awaits us in the present is beyond our present imagining. Why do I believe this? Most people, myself included, live in the past, or are worried and anxious about a future filled with "Karma" waiting to come and take them out. The present is usually void of our individual consciousness. I wish to return there. Would you like to come with me? Our world is fractured. Do you agree? I am fractured ever moment I spend in contemplation about what I "did" and what is "going" to happen! Wholeness can only be found in the NOW. This is what those who have gone before us have discovered and so lovingly have passed on to us. There inlays the truth. Hidden away in the present is YOU the Master YOU have always been in search of! Let us unify, become ONE and in doing so WE WILL CHANGE THE WORLD! Be Well TODAY! Be Whole! NAMASTE!

Sleepless In Orlando

I have been unable to sleep soundly in the past 24 hours. I had the most difficult time trying to fall asleep. I just layed there, with eyes closed yet wide awake. I reminded myself to not become frustrated, but, simply focus on my breath until I drift away. It worked but briefly. I was easily awakened by the slightest noise. At one point, I was tempted to get dressed and take a drive to the local Walmart and walk around until I was completely exhausted, but, I decided against that. I suppose out of compassion for my body and it's obvious need for rest. It's been quite some time since I could not fall asleep. Restlessness of this caliber seems to be an indication that something is occurring on an important level. I have yet to discover the cause for this, but I am in no hurry either. It will be revealed in its own place and time, of that I am certain. However, on a more positive note, I was able last night to meditate successfully. I made great progress in last nights session of tranquility. Perhaps, I thought to myself, last night's sleepless episode was a direct result of the meditation. I was able to go deeper than I have been doing in a really long time. I was energized by the results of my latest efforts. Finally heading in a positive direction for once in what seems a really long while. I am less distracted these days of late. I also have found questions coming from co-workers regarding my recent attitude adjustments. I believe they are sensing a positive change in me that requires furth investigation. I also yesterday found a video for Tai Chi practice which I will begin doing daily. It is a profound session performed by a Master of Shoalin Chen Style. It is amazing to watch. The monk appears to be under water while going through the poses. Just watching transmitts aprofound energy that is absolutely tangible.I have also done a little of Yoga and am preparing for the first full session today to begin officially. Manifesting The Impossible

When I saw this image, I immediately was impressed by the realism of the picture. I thought to myself, What purpose would this serve? Bringing down the moon. This lone person standing before it has a reason or maybe not. I feel that this picture is telling rather than asking. However, it can be viewed in many ways. This image spoke to me deeply. It says "manifesting the impossible is possible" The colors chosen suggest an inner realm. Meditation is said to be able to unlock many doors. Perhaps this is one of them. My Sacred Place

I awoke this morning with an urge to begin transforming my home into a sacred place of pure ambient light, that all can feel upon entering my home. A place that once entered, immediately begins to heal on multiple levels the visitor/guest. This place would be designed to be the ultimate "home". There were times I dreaded coming home. For whatever reason, at the time I am sure it was stress related, in one way or the other. I do not wish to feel this way again. No one should should dread returning home. Home should be a refuge and spiritual fortress. A place of rejuvenation on multiple levels. I have been thinking about this and researching the subject of a more Zen like atmosphere. One that inspires one to delve deeper into the quite sacred places within. The internal world as you may know it is unlimited in size and variation. I will bring to my home the element of the divine. It is a project that is worth developing as it will be a perfect investment in which life's chaos will stop at the doorstep to the entrance of my home. It will assist in the cultivating of my loving little ones, to become the ambient ones of tomorrow. Tomorrows healers. Well, that was the beginning of my days thoughts. Be Well today! Do You Hear That?

I have yet to reach the place of ultimate stillness, where one senses the sublime and is aware of words that utter "no sound". Something leads us daily. Perhaps our higher selves, perhaps a spirit of destiny. Whatever it may be, we are often lead somewhere. We are either in complete awareness, in the present, and simply walk or feel anxiety about where we are heading, because of a lack of direction. It is believed by some, that we should go within, to go higher or closer, to that which is calling us, moment to moment. I believe if one can be still long enough, one can hear with the spirit an invitation to attend a sacred meeting, between you and the eternal source of ALL in the present moment. This meeting is said to sometimes cause spontaneous enlightenment, and many other "supernatural" occurrences. I hope for an awakening, that will bring all in existence truth and a joy beyond description. I so long for this. Perhaps this longing is prolonging the desired encounter. In any case, I wish to express an alternative view to the negative self destructive patterns and behaviors and thoughts we entertain regularly. Stop!..., go within. Grow silent, and await the call. I can not say for fact at this point in time or for certain, what will occur, but I will make an effort to get there. Will you join me? I mean, It sure beats wasting time, unaware of who you are or what you are and drifting aimlessly through life. At least here is an opportunity to have an adventure that could lead to the grandest vision you have ever had of your self in a glorious future. Why not create that future NOW as you see fit? STOP..(exhale)..DISENGAGE

After resting some, and reviewing my last entry, I have enhanced my internal calm. I am not sure why, but, this present endeavour to proceed toward the exit of this current illusory landscape is proving to be a serious undertaking. I am sure that what ever the reason, it is to reinforce my earlier efforts to progress on a spiritual level, but yet, failed to do so. I have some how engaged the universe in such a way as to get this cosmos to align with my intentions and speed me along this path at a rate of speed that I have not experienced before. This attempt at purification and centering is far more intense than any previous periods . I am, however, not complaining, simply making an observation. Last night was truly an indication to me to remain centered,and focused at ALL times, so as not to be caught off guard again. I will. Today, I will engage my breath moment to moment. I will stay focused and centered on my breath. I will also remain mindful of the fact that there may come a moment where I am distracted and begin a descent toward emotional displays and uncontrollable outbursts. It is at these moments, specifically, that I WILL "DISENGAGE" the current moment and reengage my breath. I WILL exhale the word itself,as this has proved most helpful to me in the past. With so much coming against you, impersonally, one must stand silent and firm, like an ancient oak tree or lighthouse by the sea shore, impenetrable and strong. I WILL be focused today, and internally sound. I am committed to seeing a more promising future for my family, children,and myself. However, I do not wish to make light of the task, as it appears for now to be requiring a tremendous effort on my part. I WILL as with everything else, take these matters into careful consideration and apply my breath moment to moment . I WILL remain calm and observant. Until my next update......Be Well today! An Old Enemy Returns....His Name Is ANGER

"So.....you and I are parting ways after 34 years?....Really? I respond,"I can no longer find logic in our friendship. Our fellowship destroys all beauty in the immediate vicinity. Our joyous laughs together are madness, others suffer at our hands tremendously! There can be no truce nor peace between us,.....it is finished! Anger says " So you say NOW, but how long before your logic turns to madness when word arrives to Prides ears! Ha! Will you dismiss him too? You need us for survival, sadly you will realize this far to late when you are no longer with the living. It will be as you say, however, I , unlike you, shall never abandon you. I will be forever a hearts beat away to assist you should you ever call on me........JASON!
What occurred earlier tonight alone one on one with Anger and me was unbelievably difficult. I have not found myself trapped in an internal dialogue and external confrontation with yet another person in quite some time. I was astounded at my internal struggle within my very core to lash out in violent ripples of deepest crimson. There must have been some unforeseen force of nature preventing an all out explosive fury to destroy what ever existed in this other being who spewed such taunting remarks that I have no current recollections of recent or past memories to describe his desire to engage me in death lock ending with one man standing and another grasping his last. I will not defile this telling of what occurred by taking any credit for the supernatural resistance to destroy this man and end his days forever. I am shocked and humiliated by the presence of ANGER so deep and raw within that ironically calls me to shame and a desperate need for further introspection. This man had a look in his eye of one who was wishing for danger and wanting to vent something which lay hidden within his sour look when I had approached him."Can I help you"? "In my home?...You dare in such tone ask ME if I can be helped!!!" Pride rammed his head deep into his helmet and before I knew it this predator lashed out with such a pose and gritty teeth, that WAR was the only option. Without thought, the diplomacy of a politician took over and the man was pushed beyond his limits and spewed even more profanity and bitterness as if wishing me death while speaking. I believe that a softer side of nature was present and attempting to reason with me and get my attention. After all, it was after hours and I was off the clock attending to business matters that should have been dealt with earlier, but, somehow I managed to overlook this particular detail that had me face to face with my Anger. Ask and you shall receive. To progress the universe had shown me internal enemy # 1..ANGER! Rather than do what I had intended to do and leave, I paused and engaged someone and they responded and my present attitude now conflicted with the beast within that normal was allowed to roam freely in anticipation of an opponent. Now, things are different. I am engaging a different path which is not a violent path, or even one with allowances for mild anger. I was trapped in a situation that normally I would flow with and steamroll over the objective before me, but now, I was torn between loyalty to a higher ethic and knew this could jeopardize my most recent efforts to grow spiritually. I lowered my tone and backed out slowly and strategically. I allowed the man to continue to batter me and realized that he was not physically assaulting me, so why should I be so worked up and bent out of shape? I realized right then and there he was going to take me further than I had EVER imagined. I am truly humbled by this experience and realize that words and actions are two different things. Actions truly are LOUDER than words could ever be. My actions showed me that I am ready for change but need to refine my sensitivity to the "Universal Force" and be mindful of my thoughts and be sure that they match and are completely in sync and harmonic. I must learn to be present and disengage a situation if my concentration is not one centered and focused on peace. There is more to this reflection and I will explore it in more detail later today after I have rested some. Until then ...NAMASTE!

Striking Turbulance Moment To Moment

It was one of those mornings when you awake with a good nights rest, and you decide to begin your day with a silent meditation. There are those of the mind that your day should begin with a proper grounding of the mind before it runs off and you get stuck chasing it the rest of your day. I believe in this philosophy. So I decided to begin my day with a peaceful pause..........ZAP! I was immediately bombarded with several different thoughts at once, like a spam bot of thoughts that snuck in like a "Trojan Horse". I simply refocused on the breath and returned to my breath. These thoughts were powerful and dedicated to cause a mental fracturing and disrupt my fragile calm I had started out with. The battle was intense and long. Surprisingly, it managed to slow my progression to a soundless environment, internally. Overcome by frustration and equally in awe, I settled for a compromise between myself and the electric riot going on in my head. What I walked away with was enough to keep my zen dedicated mind content. I did enjoy a noticeable increased sense of calm despite my determined efforts. It was really troubling me with the amount of difficulty I had encountered. A powerful indication that there is a disturbance within is the short fused irritation that jumps up at the first sign of "gravel under tire" so to speak. This experience has been a humbling one. Also, a clear reminder to not set "time" constraints on your life in general which require time tempered patience beyond this realm. I stand humbled by this experience today. Perhaps next time I do this I will not judge my progress while I am progressing. Today's key word is "PATIENCE". If the word alone irritates you, then it's time to center. These random thoughts unchecked can wreak havoc throughout ones day, and consequently disrupt another beings peace. Compassionately understand that the other person has enough on there plate, especially if they spend most of their time "asleep" anyway, let alone begin their day off with an A.M. meditation. Even while I type this, I sense a hint of this rather troublesome little emotion of "urking" lingering about my minds perimeter......waiting to return. One must remember that the truly patient would recommend "one moment at a time". Deep breath in!......Deep breath out! AHHHHHHHh. Be Well today! Be Whole! NAMASTE.
